Returns & Exchanges
At The Lìnea, we value thoughtful craftsmanship and timeless pieces made to last. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns received after the 14-day period, or without prior registration, cannot be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all tags and seals still attached. Products must also be returned in the original packaging, including The Lìnea signature fabric dust bag. Returns sent without the dust bag may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Make a Return
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box with all tags attached.
- Include the packing slip inside the parcel. Returns without the packing slip cannot be processed.
- Seal the package securely.
- Access our return portal and log in using your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions provided to complete your return request.
Please note that the organisation and shipping costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that all returns are shipped using a certified courier service with fully trackable shipping, as The Lìnea cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.
Important Information
- Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery.
- Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be returned in perfect, resellable condition.
- Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags or seals may be refused.
- We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return has been fully processed.
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
